R-miners broken?

Right got a strange one,

 

My R-miners won't pick up their ores..., I have all the necessary bits like a transporter block, the transporter software and a loot collection range slot. No matter what I try my miners won't pick up the loot, is this a change in a recent update or is my save broken?

I have plenty of hours in the game and I know what I'm doing, just strange they've all stopped picking up the ores.

Several things come to mind but you've probably already checked these:

  what features does your transporter software have? not all transporter software allows fighters to collect loot.

  is your cargo bay full?  did you just come out of a fight with some pirates and they destroyed some cargo bay blocks so that now your cargo bay doesn't have the capacity anymore?

Check your cargo bays. Did you just come out of a fight which destroyed some of it?
Is your bay full?

Then check your transporter software. Does it allow fighters to pick up ores and stuff?

If all else fails, make a new ship and test it on that if you can. It could be a ship thing
