Engine booster subsystems should have a variant that boosts rotational speed rather than linear speed

Linear speed is, in my opinion, essentially never an issue, even with large ships. The subsystem isn't super helpful as a whole. But if it were tweaked to either have a variant that gives a % turn speed boost to allow for better rotational speed, the subsystem would be extremely useful, especially on larger ships.

I think a subsystem that decreased "inertial mass" (so your ship could both spin and accelerate faster) would help a ton of ships. The idea of inertial mass reduction has the problem that either:

-a) you do not want it tk affect the rift, in which case you have to program "2 masses" into the code, not sure if it's easy

b) you don't care about the rift, in which case you could bring a heavier ship that what is normaly allowed, not big deal really, but worth considering.
