Survivor2020 Posted February 15 Posted February 15 I've recently run into building issues with the 0.01 size limit being too small to work with, so I've tried going into my server.init file to reduce it. For some reason though, everytime I boot up my world the limit always resets any changes to the init variables to their default setting. According to a message that poped up and that I"ve attached below, the reset is being done by some unspecified "other program." At least one guy I spoke with said it could be caused by Onedrive, but I don't know if thats correct, why it would be doing that, or how to fix it. Thanks for any feedback.

Boxelware Team Rymaca Posted February 17 Boxelware Team Posted February 17 Hi there! Could you please try the following steps? Close the file and exit Avorion. Open "server.ini" again, change "MinimumBlockSize=", then save and close it. Start Avorion. Let me know how it goes! Feel free to reach out if you need any more help! EDIT: I noticed the screenshot is showing the "server.ini - readme.txt" file—which is just the documentation. That means any changes made there won’t affect your game. To update the options, you'll need to edit the actual "server.ini" file.
Survivor2020 Posted February 19 Author Posted February 19 Some buddies of mine caught that too, and once I used the right file it worked out fine. Thanks for the response!
