Unplayable on Dedicated Server w/ 42 Cores, 180gigs memory dedicated.

Love Avorion. So much so that I went out and bought a dedicated server for it. The game has become practically unplayable at this point due to lag. We have 3 active players. We tried limited fighters, that helps a bit. It is still extremely slow. I am attaching the profiles I took recently and hope to troubleshoot this.
