I think it would be nice for there to be more options for filters such as block count. That filter would be decided by the game when uploading, not by the creator. If the ship has 1000 blocks, that tag would be automatically added to the ship. The workshop is (no offence) cluttered with too many low quality ships that many arent and wont be popular and used. Many people go looking for cool ships but get caught up in the worse and undesirable ships. Adding a block count filter could help people find higher quality ships and ships that better fit their desire.

So I've played Avorion for awhile. I ended up taking a long break after many frustrations when it came to faction relations which made the game very frustrating. One thing I found the most frustrating was actually boarding stations. It takes an extremely long time to do and offers very few rewards. I personally boarded them to repurpose them. Due to the fact that there is no option to actually reconstruct the facility it takes away the fun in it. What I mean is when you blast down their hull HP to actually board them, you obviously break off sections / parts of the station. I think it would be amazing if there was an option actually entirely reconstuct the station, having it restored to its previous glory before you blew it apart.

I rolled back to try to get a version that I possibly had before I had any FPS issues.
I play CS:GO and the new Modern Warfare quite frequently (minimum 3 hours a day). In the past I played Fortnite a lot and ARK: Survival Evolved (Which if you're unaware is very system heavy) I have/had no problems running any of these games on all max settings. I also play LEGO Universe ~ DLU Branch but that's a once yearly thing.
I updated my drivers 2 days ago, and yes I do let Nvidia do a clean update.
I also have never joined a server, but I just did to test your theory and there were still no changes, 15 max fps.

I feel like I should add this on, I just set the BETA to most recent and had no changes so I decided just to set it to 0.21.4 and as expected no changes. I've been through FAQ and tried everything there aswell and nothing came of it.

Hello! This is an issue I've had before and I was never able to come to a fix for it after working with developers but I hope maybe a fix has come to it since the last time I tried to work it out. For maybe the past year I've gotten 15 (max) fps in game (in populated systems), 30 in asteroid fields (max) and 56 in completely empty systems (no ships, stations or asteroids), and it makes it totally unplayable and just awful overall. I love the game and have been able to play it before hand without the lag issues but I really want to play again. To reproduce it I just simply load into a previous world (that I had before fps issues) or create a new one, either way I get low fps.

Also would like to point out:
Game is updated to most recent and I have tried backing it up versions to see if it would help: It did not
Computer is updated (Windows 10)
Drivers are updated (Yesterday)
Did not have this issue when I got the game (months back)

A clear description of what happened
I load the game avorion. I get anywhere from 30-60 FPS in the main menu. I select a world I wish to join (I don't play multiplayer) and join that world just fine. I get an average of 15-18 FPS while in a home sector, 22-35 in an inhabited sector (with buildings but no HQ / low traffic area) and 45 static in an empty sector without any signs of life.
Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the bug.
I've heard this is just an issue with AMD so it's whenever I join a new/existing galaxy.

I hate to report that I have received 0 updates to my game on steam past while excluding the Boarding Update (which I will be very excited to test when I am capable of such). I didn't mean for my comment to sound rude but as to sound urgent because I really REALLY wanna play the game again.

I don't know what to say I talked to Cepheni a long while ago with promised progress of which was not delievered.
I don't get more than 15 fps whilst in game with 30-35 while on the pre game screen.
He/She said it to be an issue with my CPU being AMD

I think it would be nice if there was a way so you could make it so that the name of the ship would always be horizontal, and not rely on the blocks rotation so that people can make edge name blocks and not have it look odd because the name is vertical.
