Ability make a ship skip to the next order

A lot of the stuff related to setting orders needs improvement. It would also be great to be able to edit the list of orders: add, remove, re-order. Undo/redo would help when you are trying to move the map and accidentally right-click too quickly and it erases your whole list of orders. Also when on a server, the orders apparently need to be sent to the server and back before they show up (WHY?!?!) so if you don't have a great connection it is excruciatingly laggy and slow just to tell a ship to warp somewhere, and takes forever to send a ship over multiple jumps. -
Is there a way to auto-mark scanned sectors?

Like I said in the OP, I'm not going to spend all day manually tagging hundreds of sectors. If I want to click menus all day I can do that in Excel. -
I fly to an area in my ship with upgraded scanners and see hundreds of green/yellow dots. Is there a feature/option (or maybe a mod) that will permanently mark these sectors? It's not like they stop being green later, and I want to be able to go through them with other ships that might not have the same scanning range. (And no I'm not going to spend hours manually tagging them all.)

So I'm playing while a ship salvages in another sector, and this time the warning that my license is going to expire only gives me 20 seconds! Since the salvaging turrets are automated, even when I went to the ship on the map and hit "stop" before the timer ran out, the turrets kept on firing on their own and within a few seconds I lost tens of thousands of rep and they had gone from friendly to hostile. Not cool.

Did these ever happen? (I saw people with different color engines but I'm guessing it's just the materials they built them with.)

I went into the sector, left, and exited the game. I came back after reloading the game and talked to him. He promised to give me a ship. There is no ship. If I hail him again, we go through the same conversation every time "I'll give you a ship" then nothing. I've played a lot since then and been back through that sector again and it still does that same thing.
