[Initialization Exception when Changing Sectors]

System says it has a "Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family" Graphics Card.

[Initialization Exception when Changing Sectors]

100% of the time when changing sectors, and half the time on generating a galaxy, the game will crash, and leave this message in the console:

 

"InitilizationException occurred: CubeTexture could not be created: Size=2048" (or Size=1024)

 

Is this a problem with my hardware?

If I try to run as Administrator, the game refuses to open at all.

I have also tried reinstalling.
