[Sending automatic Welcome Mails in Version 2.0 to new players.]

Greetings, as the title states, im searching for a way to send welcome mails that include ressources to new players. I already setup the Rust Admin tool to display regular messages but I werent able to do more. I would really appreciate an answer.

as the title said, I Need a way to Display a Global Message regularly on the Server. Is there any Way to do this? Additionally, I would like to send a Automatically generated message to Every Newly Generated Player. Thanks in Advance for the Response.
