When I install a system, there is no visual difference, when there should be (see attached screenshot). I tried this on another system module I found later and it produced the same results. I also tried every permutation with the two system modules, and each gave the same result.
After exiting back to the main menu and loading my game, the problem went away, so I don't have a screenshot or logs.
Version: Beta 0.20.2 r13547
Specs: Windows 10, Intel i5-6600K, NVIDIA GTX 1070
Edit: After playing more, I find that sometimes during a session, only certain system modules will be consistently invisible, while others will appear properly.

For sume reason the Casino Mod .rar is hated by Windows 10 my malware protection keeps flagging it as malware.
The other .rars are fine just that one

You're probably risking more using windows 10 than this guys mod just saying

Nothing was detected. If Windows Defender blocked the file, you can allow it in Windows Defender's history.
I am guessing that the file was blocked due to the link that was used, but who knows, since Windows Defender doesn't really say why it does anything.
Tool-tip random characters

When I switch over to the crew tab, it constantly shows a tool-tip of non-readable characters. It occurs every time I switch to that tab, and only happens under that tab. The problem goes away when reloading the save.
