  1. Your ship probably was at 0 velocity, but your controls were still configured to flying forwards, which it probably did during the loading screen. This will be fixed with the upcoming patch.

    After little investigation I found that it happened just because of desync and high client ping. Tryed to jump having "W" pushed with high linear velocity looking in asteroid, and jump was successful, nothing exploded. Sry for false report.

  2. Seems like not fixed, players on my server experience that bug often enough. There are not so much info in server log, but after taking screenshots from players I'm sure this is it.

  3. I'm server admin, and today one of players got in trouble - his client crashed after he jumped new sector, and now his client crashes every time he tries to join server. He asked me to save his ship and repair bugged sector instead of wipe it (it helps in cases like that). But I don't know how to open Avorion save files to edit it - these aren't binary files, but also not MySQL databases.

     

    Maybe smb knows how to open save file, or to save ship from bugged sector?
