Game disconnected from single player server.
When I logged back in I was in my miner... but wait... my miner just sent me a message that there are no more asteroids.....
Oh cool look theres a message about that!
Cool cool.... coool.... wait.... Im in my miner?!??? wait... WHAT?!???!?!
Ok so now I have two of the same ship... it duplicated the mods and turrets too.

Any one experiencing strangeness with selling claimable asteroids?
Ive had a few that offer a faction that will give 5000 favor but no cash.... and then regardless of who I pick will not show any favor.
Then when I interact with it again just show the option to found mine.

is it possible to get the fighters to just do a few arbitrary loops around wreckage?
In order of farthest to nearest or some thing to that effect?
That should be sufficient to get most loot. have them do an atom symbol around recently interacted wreckages.

Yes absolutely I own the game. No I did not update at the time of previous post but have since updated. I hate steam with a passion.
I did not realize that a new update had been released. It is possible to disable the updates.
I'm mildy offended that you would imply I did not own the game, it deserves as much support as can be mustered IMHO.

Apparently I have been posting screens that only I can see...
Anyone know any secrets to getting dropbox to work to host screens?

Is there some setting or something thats hidden I can change?
As you can see the 1 salvager is all the way over to the right unassigned.
I havent bothered to set up its group yet...

When you have more than 30 or so turrets it is impossible to see your civilian turrets and assign them to group.
They are buried.
Please add a slider or figure out a way to separate the groups horizontally.
For now I have to unequip all the armed turrets then assign unarmed then add the armed and assign them to get the groups I need.
Would be really nice to have a proper UI

make an invisible, indestructible bot...
in the same way that multiplayer works.
Cause it to "wake up" the sector.

I just went into creative mode. Designed a whole new ship based on my look and feel and then applied it in the build menu. Funny as he'll actually came out to something like 50-60 blocks. And this is a .7+ -1.2 mt ship. Super streamlined and cut combat lag to almost non-existent. I'm pretty stoked on new flight mechanics and parts.

I really like the idea of fighter craft that are specifically for loot collection only, no weapons.

Essentially splutty they would only be able to go to sectors you have previously loaded. Or meet you (factoring their jump capabilities) in a sector when issued a command from your fleet menu.
In the same way that you can leave ships in sectors they should be able to jump to sectors you have visited. There is code integrated that allows for that. As there is code that is hooked to the escort command that tells the ships to jump with you.
So figure out a way to give fleet ships bogus commands as if they are coming from your piloted ship as part of a navigational script.

I certainly don't need that many turrets but I will say that I love trying to put as many on as possible.
Best thing for recoil is inertial dampers.
Noticed them lighting up when firing a ton of cannons from a small fighter.
I made a series of super manuverable fighters with either loads of cannons or rockets. They work pretty good with current AI.

...or just use the hyperspace upgrades if you want to make smaller jumps? I mean, you CAN get your cooldown timer down to 0 seconds because upgrades are in percentage and stack additively. Absolutely no point without calculation time reduction mods.
Fully agree with this.
When I am exploring I just stack as many jump modules as possible (also equip radar upgrade and object detection) and then if there are hostiles in the area or whatever switch out quickly.
Post those epic weapon finds!
