Is there a way to mod the game so shields absorb collision damage first rather than ignoring them? When a minor impact knocks my ship down to 40% hp when my ship is a brick and what I hit was a long thin ship, something's not designed right. Getting really tempted to set it to 25% or 0% collision damage...
Also, how do I disable the warning notifies at the top part of the screen?

Affix Warp, Shields, and AB to the battery.
Warp consumes 80% of your battery. If your battery is below 80% you cannot warp.
Shields strength is based on battery... You take a pounding... your battery depletes... you lose half your shields? You cannot warp away, you had best run... and hope they can't keep up...
Afterburners consume 5% of battery per second. This running action also deplete the Shield effectiveness...
Thoughts?
Ugh, no. This would be a horrible change. Are you trying to do 'pvp balance' or some nonsense? F*** 'pvp'.

I think the options text could use a rewrite. Half of them don't even make any logical sense.

15+ hours into my current game, worked on getting a faction that's close to the core wall to friendly so I can hire crew from their stations. I jumped into a salvage system and I thought that I paid them but by the time I noticed that I hadn't, my rep was down to -60k something which is complete nonsense.
Please add a default option to autopay for salvage rights if one has sufficient money and reputation when one attempts to salvage a ship in one of those systems. Thank you.
Alternately, how do I edit the reputation for a faction so I haven't ended up wasting 3 hours grinding ships for rep for this faction?
Limit one module per a type.
