I've managed to fix the agoods problem:
in \scripts\player\cmd\agoods.lua, the code should be:
if onServer() then package.path = package.path .. You extracted the files to the wrong location, it would seem.
Everything from the mod ZIP belongs in (PATH)\Avorion\ and it appears you have dropped them into (PATH)\Avorion\bin\
