    7.1

Will not run after update to 7.1. lbin/Launcher: error while loading shared libraries: libGLEW.so.1.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory the version in the update and the tar.gz is 1.8 not 1.10.

  1. Ok on my Linux desktop the new version is fine with the launcher. On my server it is an issue. The issue is it is requiring GL and the radeon driver be installed. Now this is a true server a HP G5 DL360. I understand the launcher but can we make a work around for server installs? or maybe make it to where we can turn off those requirements in the launcher so we can run the server and update it using the launcher? Those are just some thoughts. So for right now my server will not have the new version to I have a solution. Thanks guys.

  2. When I salvage wreckage no issue at all with all the drops and debris only when in a fire fight. Usually 10-20 secs into the firefight it happens. I have 2 ships that are basically the same outfitted with about 20 -25 turrets each my 3 rd ship is my salvager.

  3. The system is:

Amd FX 8120 3.1 GHZ 8 Core Cpu 16GB of ram 4 TB of HD 1GB Nvidia 650 GTX running Opensuse 13.1.

Yes the ships are complex but usually my ships take 0% damage to about 4%. The Pirate ships are basically litter and all the drops. It's cool with all the beam and projectile weapons going off till it locks up.

  4. This is happening playing on server, and only with a fire fight or lots of debris from a firefight. Usually engaging a pirate in a sector once all weapons are fired on the ships then 10-20 secs in it just stops responding. I have to kill the client and log back in. I haven't lost a ship this way yet, then again my fleet overwhelms them.

  5. Before you go to far, could this be an issue where the url resolves and the game changes the UDP due to being inside the network? Even though the system routes the url from within the network? I gues the only true test would be someone on the outside trying the url and playing the game.
