    Asgard ship set

    Current ships include: - Aetrii Starter Corvette - Arvid Blockade Runner - Astrid Light Cruiser - Bezerker Assault Frigate - Birger Armored Hauler - Colden Excevator Corvette - Fisk-E/K Strike Fighter Template - Hagui-E/K Swarm Fighter Template - Ivar Long Range Light Destroyer - Jerrik Escort Frigate - Schmiff Utility Fighter Template I'll be adding more to this list as time goes on (including turret templates once Combat II is out. If you have any suggestions on ships/names/classes feel free to suggest any!
  2. Ship set for the Asgard Alliance. They patrol around the inner rift ring trying to halt the invasion of Xsotan and keep the peace between other factions to ensure the galaxy's safety from the Xsotan threat. Their ships are primarily Xanion and Trinium based with generally balanced shield and hull, making them all around difficult ships to fight against. More ships and templates to come in the future!     Q & A Combat Update II

    Still hyped! Can't wait to design these turrets for my ships. Will the coaxial weapons be similar, or will it be a block that you place on your ship?
  4. I am super excited for this upcoming update!! ;D can't wait to deck out my ships with fancy guns! The hype is real. I am curious though, how will looting weapons work? Will you be able to pick up weapons and then have to design/redesign the turret model? Or will it be similar to fighters where you have a template based around a weapon type then building them costs resources? Also curious how turret size will come into play. Personally I'd like a way to make turrets uniform if wanted, even though the kitchen sink rainbow streams on the front of ships can be pretty lol. Also, will co-axial weapons be doom rays only, or will there be kinetic variants such as Giga cannons? Will AI and NPCs also be using these coaxial weapons to devistating effect?
  5. I'm so hyped for player designed turrets. Will be great to have for large sized guns which can be a part of the hull
  6. Some kind of tool to favorite colors would be nice for sure. Eyedropper as well for when you want to modify other's masterpieces. +1
  7. Hi all! This is my first post, but it is something that I would really enjoy seeing in the game and am open to criticism. So currently in the game there aren't really any tools to alter the settings of the galaxy you play in. Personally I would love to see more options (sliders or just incremental values) that would change certain aspects of the galaxy. Similar to the difficulty modifier, but for different values of the galaxy generation. I know that there are mods which provide an alteration for this, but having it in vanilla would be really nice imo. There could even be a toggle between basic settings and advanced so to accommodates a casual player vs someone looking for something specific. This could also lead to servers being created for the purpose of being an "MMO" server with groups of players forming alliances throughout the galaxy. Values could be for: - NPC empire frequency - NPC general starting attitude towards players - Pirate raiding frequency/difficulty - Xotan raiding frequency/difficulty - Asteroid size generation - Asteroid density (number of asteroids generated in systems with asteroids) - Asteroid resource density (more/less valuable nodes) - Wormhole generation frequency - Neutral zone frequency - Rift frequency/size Additionally an option to toggle NPCs being able to use player designed ship sets for their ships would be a cool idea. This would require ship sets to be created from workshop ship designs. Personally I don't mind the random ship generation, but having the option to have some player designed ships duking it out in an NPC war would be pretty amazing.
