I am attempting to add multiple administrators to our server admin list.

I have tried editing the admin.xml file with the user's name and steam ID number which didnt work, i also attempted to add my own ID to the server.sh file so that i could add the others from within the game, to no avail. I have also attempted to add myself via the /admin -a command in console but it only adds to the XML file under the administrators group as name="" id="1" no matter what i type.

could someone assist with this issue please

This issue will be fixed with the upcoming patch. You'll be able to add multiple administrators with the --admin parameter and they won't be deleted from the admin.xml file. The id should be the 64bit steam ID of the user, which is basically a long number, like 75813423592312.

Use the /group command to add them to moderators role. If any commands are not available to moderator you can add them in the admin.xml. Remember to only modify the file with the server stopped.
