Gringo Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 Has there been a beta branch update? I haven't played for a couple of days and the performance is terrible now. Every block I set, takes like 3 seconds untill it's actually there. My fan is also running like crazy. I didn't change anything in my rig and else it runs fine. Didn't have any issues playing it before. Just 1 crash in 80 hours of gameplay. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
unbekannt1984 Posted March 1, 2017 Share Posted March 1, 2017 The last update to the Beta-Branch was Febuary 24th, so it is possible that that causes your problems. Have you had a look at the RAM/SWAP (or virtual memory on Windows)-usage of Avorion while playing? For me the game became unplayable when Avorion used 4 GB of RAM and 2 GB SWAP (the whole PC doesn't run normal at that point). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
