Just was thinking it'd be cool to add in an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Core that would automate functions on your ship, meaning you'd need fewer dedicated crewmen to run it (save engineers, maybe). This would probably have to be a higher-tier block and probably fairly expensive to maintain game balance, but cheaper than paying a crew long term.
