Crew Requirements Data

I'm sitting here with graph paper trying to design a larger ship design and I realize that I have no idea how much crew a volume of anything takes. Since I'm not at home I can't just load the game and experiment, and that doesn't help with volume rounding anyway.

 

I looked at the wiki and have searched Google to no avail. Does anyone know where I can find the crew requirements for each block type and volume?
