darkconsole Posted March 21, 2017 Share Posted March 21, 2017 you jump into a sector and its like "this is a neutral zone" from what i can tell they aren't even coloured differently on the map so, and i have found them in both friendly and not friendly territory, so i dunno. the ones i found tend to be along the gate networks.
