Help needed!

Hello,

 

I am trying to complete the missions to get the Xsotan artifacts and get to the core. I have collected all the parts for the Bottan smuggler and when I went to deliver it to them, firstly he was acting like we had never met and wouldn't take the parts and then the Xsotan turned up and I had to tackle them.

 

When that was done, the smuggler was still there but the mission was gone!

 

Any ideas as to how I can sort this out

go back to the smugglers base and retake the first mission. step through the missions again until the guy asks you to collect the parts. when you talk to him gain, dont say 'hello' as it will just give you the part collecting mission again. instead select 'here are the parts' and he will then give you the thing you need to go get the thing you are looking for.
