Blackbeard
I cannot see my server on the public server list. I can see it in lan and play with no issues, but nothing else. Port scan results: https://pastebin.com/yRvpp3Cm - Shows "filtered" & "closed" as status. - router? - UPNP is currently ON Server Log: https://pastebin.com/qau0m6N9 Server INI: https://pastebin.com/K23kNsYi Server with -t network: https://pastebin.com/ZPzbZ3sy My ports are default and setup in router; 27000 UDP & TCP 27003 UDP 27020 ~ 27021 UDP & TCP And my firewall rules allow the ports and "AvorionServer.exe" (from F:\avorion\bin). AV and firewall was been temporarily turned off, and still no luck. Server is running I7-2600 3.4ghz w/ 16gb ram win 7 pro http://canyouseeme.org/ does not see my ports open, but I've always had issues with this site not reporting accurately. My ISP does not block any ports and can run other game servers just fine.
Blackbeard
Alright, so my friend was able to join me through steam just fine. Looks like everything works. I did not change anything, maybe its somewhere on the list?
Devious
Are you using the ingame dedicated server? I suggest using SteamCMD to set the server up, that should work fine.
Blackbeard
So I have deleted everything and reinstalled everything. It is still not showing. I am using STEAMCMD on my server in my home and using this guide http://avorion.gamepedia.com/Setting_up_a_server The ports are: 27000 UDP & TCP 27003 UDP 27020 ~ 27021 UDP & TCP I have turned off the firewall and still nothing. Can someone confirm those ports please? The wiki's wording is rather unusual.
Blackbeard
Alright so I fixed the problem. Turns out my Avorion server was not using the default port, as it was assigned some random port. Not sure why as nothing was using that port. Regardless I had another linux server in my datacenter so I setup a new server just for Avorion and now things are working flawlessly.
