Hitting enemies in a salvage yard without salvage permit = reputation loss

Apparently the salvage yard considers the Xsotan their property  ;D

 

Can we get a fix for this though. it's kind of pants on head silly to have to pay the salvage yard for permission to engage hostiles.  IF you can even do so because they won't talk to you with bad relations

Had this my self, its annoying that you have to buy a salvage licence just to fight in the area, or them few last missiles hitting after destruction cause you to lose rep.
