Game freeze when accessing Equipment Dock / Sell Eq

So other players and me including have one Problem on server and in solo play.

When you access a Equipment Dock ( target it and press F) the game freeze / fps freeze for a little time. Also when you go to the option "trade Equipment" and just buy fast equipment the equipment dock is offering by clicking fast on the buy button your game freeze for 20-40 seconds or more effecting every player in the sector.

This studdering / freezing of fps appeared the first time with the introduction of Torpedos.

Maybe it was already before the torpedos but with them it is a real madness to access / buy or sell stuff from Equipment docks because every click takes 1 - 3 seconds because of the game freeze.
