Rudolf Pflanz Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 Hi all, i thought i would share this as lost ships and no ability to recall them is a NIGHTMARE in essence i was telling my ships to idle, then id go do stuff in sector. Turn around, they have gone!! I noticed today that they were drifting slowly.... so i recalled one. I then had a thought, RTS MODE, i scrolled around using the mouse to move the map, and I found my destroyer!!! 10,000 kms away. heading off at full pelt. so, with a bit of trial and error i managed to select it and right click it back home. Kamo Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 The map allows you to see what ships of your fleet are in what sector, and search for them. Then you can use the Fleet menu: if you are on the same sector, clicking (or double-clicking ?) will select the ship. Then you can press V or another button (probably the interact button) to tell it to escort you, then jump to a system it can jump. It will jump near you. The movement while idle is a bug however, as it's not a natural drift but a full speed movement :o. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
