I think boarded ships should retain their original blueprint after being boarded, so that any block damage the ship incurs during the initial battle to board it can be repaired in the build menu or at a repair dock. Currently, they only retain their blueprint as they are at the moment they change ownership, which means any blocks that have been destroyed before that point are lost. Although they can be manually replaced, this is annoying, and as someone who prefers their ships symmetrical, not doing this is also annoying.
