As the title implies, this suggestion is to remove the current manually placed direction for gyros, and instead have the gyro block apply a bonus to all rotational speeds proportional to the gyro blocks mass across a particular axis.
This would be a more accurate representation of how an actual gyroscopic system would operate, with its greatest radius of rotation imparting the most rotational force.
