Find a turret at a turret factory. You like it. You decide to build it. But in order to do so you have to gather the materials, bring them to that location, and then build it, at which point you can blueprint it for more cost.
So a call to either the devs or modders--can there be a second button for "blueprint" that means you just spend the credits so you can build it later?
Logic---the factory has the blueprint already. Its literally how they make the turret for you. Buy their blueprint. Build later at your own factories, with said blueprint.
