Grouping Ships.

Situation:
There are 20 Trader ships and 60 escort ships that protect them.
Typically sent fleet for a mission is:
1 Trader , 3 escorts.

Current way of doing this:
Select Trader ship.
Issue trading command.
Select Escort ship.
Select Escort ship.
Select Escort ship.
Issue completion of selected command.
Repeat 19 more times for rest of trader ships.

Problem:
Due to amount of actions that is needed to be done is big, due to multiplication of required actions, which tends to be quite annoying.
Solution:
Ability to create groups with a "Leader of a group". Upon selecting a group or ship from a group, orders go to the group, through a group leader.
E.g.: Leader is a Miner/Trader, All actions to escort ship will be given through Miner/Trader instead of Commondore/daredevil/captain/etc.

Result of this solution: 
Issuing trade command changes to next:

Select any ship from group.
Issue trading command.
Issue completion of selected command.

Makes it much easier to control groups of ships/empire.
