So I have a MAJOR problem, my fps is stuck at 17-23 fps, the ms is in the low 70s to high 90s or so, it ran fine 2 days ago at 80 plus fps (I have it capped at 90) And when I relaunched it to get into the fun again, and it was stuck at 17-23, if anyone has any idea of how to fix this please please tell me as im craving this amazing game.
