  1. Almost always, where i go, war goes. And it's not my doing ! It can be pirates, but also factions. If i stay in any sector more than 10-15 minutes, war is coming. I agree it's way to frequent, and it loses its sense, it's simply becoming a something in the background, i don't even care anymore.
  2. You cannot tilt the view (i think), but you can move the camera with ALT+mouse. I do this to move my ship in the bottom part of the screen. You can alsa move it left/right if you like. Agree for the GUI.
  3. Can't help you, but i'd like to know. I didn't get any benefit from it even with large blocks, with an already 4-5 slots large ship. Didn't try on small ones.
  4. Hello, In several sectors i've found a huge amount of well aligned containers forming a kind of wall in space. I tried to destroy, mine, salvage, open, push them, but they seem useless. What are they ?
  5. Hello, Is there a plan to delete our games during the Early Access at anytime ? I don't mean bugs or deadly mistakes, but plan ? Can we play "plainly" or we should avoid getting to emotional with our loved voxels ?
  6. Hello, I've installed a rare blue system to get notification if there is interesting objects in the sector. When i jump, i sometimes have a message, and my target is set to a random rock asteroid. I tried to mine or salvage them, but nothing inside. What is it ? I don't mean the claimable one, i don't mean the secret stash, nor the smuggler station... but a simple normal asteroid.
  7. What about moving some GUI elements ? My screen is a rectangle, with more space on the right and left, than top and bottom, to fit better looking GUI. Something like this (from Starmade) ? Or that (from Evochron Legacy) ?
  8. Thanks for the FAQ Can you add Linux path too, when you give informations such as : %appdata%/Avorion/ships folder. Under Linux, it's : /home/YOUR_USER_NAME/.avorion/ships/ If you cannot see the .avorion folder (with a dot before the name), be sure you've enabled hidden folders.

  10. I didn't try crafting yet, but i think in any games, Crafting should be better than Loot. However, not "that" better, just enough to be noticable. And anyway, crafting should be overall less expensive than buying from a shop, as you already need to gather the materials.
  11. Great ! The text is all yours or they are a gathering from some ingame sources ? Are the informations accurate ? Basically, the versatile mercenary lone wolf ship seems to be best built with Trinium.
  12. Nice to read your answers everywhere Koonshi, thanks for taking time with the com. Is it not possible to create at least 1, maybe up to 3, sectors around the player, to make better predictions ? The player MUST be in the sector to create the sector ? With all the possible connection it could be about a dozen sectors together, is it too much for the engine ? It could help a lot later when building player's empire to have deeper market roads and all.
  13. I agree. I actually noticed only lately (20+ hours ingame) that my cargo was useless, haha... I wouldn't mind to be forced to reach Shipyard to build my ship, but i often see myself try and delete and repeat, so shipyard has to be very permissive in placement, and cheap to balance it. Maybe simply allow to build anywhere in a sector as long as there is a shipyadr, would be enough.
  14. I was thinking integrity fields could apply only on directly linked blocks. So, all blocks under one same field would share hitpoints, if and only if they share a face with the same integrity field. Anyway, the invincible fields are wrong, so a change is good.
  15. After 5 minutes without any player in, a sector is not active anymore.
  16. For the building part, Avorion can (should ?) learn a lot from FTD and Starmade.
  17. I feel it's not yet enough actually, i still have to catch several "gems" each time, it adds nothing "fun" to the gameplay in my opinion.
  18. I agree with this. I'd love to have some real impact on IA, like instead of spawn, they would actually travel from their homebase and spread if not stopped, with realistic ressources managment.

  20. Oh, you want to change the direction you are looking at, with keyboard too ? You mean, alike in FPS game, "turn left" and "strafe left" ? Then i don't know, i "rotate" with mouse, and "move" with keyboard, but i agree it will be nice to have full control so you can use turrets with mouse and full control at same time with keyboard.

  23. The turrets are ugly, i hope we have more options later in building weapons. Also too bad also we need so many thrusters to actually be able to "break" effectively. Nice design, i like how you did a "circle feel" engine.
  24. Yes, so i'm stuck, i do not have any weapon, and only one ship made for exploration, mining and salvaging.
