Is there any way to restore a save game to an older state? I build a pretty big ship and it was instantly destroyed, because I accidentaly flew with full speed against an asteroid. Took me 30 hours to build this ship. I dont have the nerve to start anew... Or is there at least a way to get the system upgrades and turrets back? I had for example 3 Legendary Upgrades from Boss Swooks...

Thx, for the answers. You misunderstood one question though: I didnt mean Lasers. I meant the Upgrades that mark the asteroids (mining system) and interesting things (c43 detector). They range seems to be very low. Do multiple of these upgrades stack in range? So 2 mining systems with a range of 3km = 6km range?

1. Is Salvaging worth it? I tried it and the amount of resources i got was ridiculously low. Not sure if i did something wrong. 2. Does the range of mining systems c43 detectors stack? 3. Does Range = 2,8 on mining systems mean 2,8 km? That would be weak, because i would be pretty much next to the asteroid already. 4. Is there a way the regain reputation with a faction that you accidentally shot and which hates you now? 5. Ship mass = volume? Cant seem to find any other indicator for my ship volume. 6. Is there a way to increase system jump range?
