how exactly do you just change it for the game... and many thx for your help

Bought the game and was playing fine.. the game crashed and when I tried to relog back on the log on screen was out of whack// tried rebooting computer and reinstalling game off steam several times.. all I can see in where it says bug report and quit the rest of the screen seems to be above what it shows on my screen so can\t get to single player .. the screen shot i have is to big to post any help in fixing this would be welcome
