  1. Well, I managed to get the game running, but I've done so in an uncontroversial way. Leaving this information here for the desperate: Forced a different video driver, from AMD HD 6450m to AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series with the drivers from Guru3d. Downloaded the AMD_12.101.2.1 version. Then I got an error message "LoadLibrary failed with error 126". Fixed this by opening CMD typing: "cd /d c:\windows/system32" and then typed "copy atio6axx.dll atiogl64.dll" This solved it for me. Please don't mess around with system files if you do not know how to restore things to the way you found it in case things go badly. Conclusion, my issue seemed to be an OpenGL issue and outdated drivers with no updates. Solved it via this crude way.
  2. Thank you, I have tried that but it yields the same result. Managed to capture the menu screen when the CMD window spams in the background before the crash. Screenshot: I'll continue to see if I can get it to work. But at this stage, if all obvious options are not the issue, I feel it might be because the driver is outdated (and not updatable).
  3. Hiya, I have been looking through the forums and on the internet but I have not been able to find a solution to this problem. I do get a notification about the OpenGL compatibility with an on board laptop card (advice to report issues), however according to the minimum requirements I should be able to run this game. I have tried to update my drivers and have been messing with it all day, but alas all is updated to the max. That said, here's the problem: When I load up the game, it loads and goes to the opening screen, a random ship gets loaded and the game locks up, opens up a CMD screen and writes "addr2line is not recognized...", closes the CMD screen and does it =/= 20 times. System specifications Clientlog Fri Feb 10 13-01-26 2017 Some added information, in the main screen there is the ship/station and this yellow shadow like glitch right before the CMD --> crash happens. I have tried turning the sound off, all the graphics off and deleted the ini files. I don't expect the game to run on this laptop, but you asked in the pop-up to report regarding OpenGL and Intel graphics. Regardless, any help would be appreciated. Cheers. Edit: Avorion Demo v0.8.5
