Ill check the driver when i get home but i'm almost certain they are up to date. my system is: Phenom II x6 16gb ram Rx480

That's for intel graphics, I'm running a rx480 no issues there unless there is an issue with AMD Graphics?

No there is no cursor in the menus and while in game pressing shift doesn't give me a cursor either. Is there some error log i should submit? I had steam verify integrity of game files and it didn't need to download anything either.

I just installed the game fresh and fullscreen and borderless i have no mouse cursor it works fine in windowed mode but i really want borderless. I'm using amd graphics. Any ideas or suggestions?
