shuttle Shuttle Customization (perhaps with a 200-500 block limit)

I'm kind of surprised we don't already have this honestly, but I think it'd be really fitting if we were able to customize our shuttle with our own design. Even if it's just a "skin" the same way fighter designs are, that'd still be awesome I think.
