First up is my purpose built two-version ships, Ferret Alpha & Beta. Alpha is a more nimble moderately equipped Naonite tech while the Beta adds a Trinium tech attachment to the rear with a ton more shields and other tech. Thanks for the mod. I'm not getting it to work either. I copied over the "player.lua" file over (all I saw in the zipped set of folders), reloaded the game and no change. Appreciate the help in advance!
