  1. When I first started out, I absolutely loved the way that this game handles the Build Mode. After a while though, I started to notice some limitations in the mode itself- One of the largest being the inability to minimize blocks to see internal components. I made my first ship that had blocks completely covered from all sides and tried to change them later, only to have to remove the external blocks in order to correctly change the blocks without messing up other internals. A minimization option, like the one found in From the Depth's building mode would make the building and changing of the insides of more complex ships much easier.
  2. I find this to be a great concept and really love the idea of weapons specializations- it would add a whole new level of combat to the game with some ships being shield breakers and such, not just one ship being the go-to for all things destructive.
  3. I made a mini Battlestar for my main save and named it Battlestar Omega- its 60m by 55m. I had to rush it a little bit because of constant pirate and alien attacks and then gave up on the full Battlestar look after I ran out of materials twice. I ended up rounding off all of the parts that were not done so its not a life-like copy of the Battlestars-it turns like crap too, even with embedded thrusters.
