Where are the XMLs? Edit: Nvm i was not logged in

when I made sure they have enough range and I make sure they are all set to escort me, when i warp to a new sector with 3 ships in fleet, sometimes one or all three stays behind. Having to go back to ''collect your ships" is very annoying. seems to happen in live and beta version. seems to happen to sporadically and i cant seem to find out the exact cause.
