I can verify that you should most definitely avoid this hosting provider. They were unable to deliver on their advertised "instant" delivery of Avorion hosting services. Over the course of 8 hours and 4 conversations with their customer service, I still didn't have my server. They were polite and apologetic, just telling me it should be "soon", but unable to actually provide me with a working server. I requested cancellation and went with one of their competitors (who, astonishingly, were able to quickly provide me with a working server - crazy, right?), and then three hours after that fact (ignoring the cancellation request), Citadel finally sent me credentials for the server I no longer wanted. Back and forth with them for twelve days now, patiently giving them every opportunity to make things right, and they won't provide a refund. Buyer beware.
