Any mods on your server, Kane Hart?

The object detector module does it best. It will tell you if there are 'valuable' objects in the sector, and then provide a targeting display for it that you can click like a ship or station.

The lack of docking ports I've seen, but only associated with NPC cargo vessels bumping in to them while docking and destroying them, or them getting shot off during a firefight. I haven't seen any 'repair' at all.

We are fine on regular restarts, it's server crashes that get us.

We are having the same problem, but only on server crashes. Server will crash, and when players log back in, current ship they are in is gone and they are in a drone in the same system they were in when the server crashed. Other ships attached to players that they were NOT occupying still exist. We have TeamSpeak if you want to jump on to discuss :-P All comp literate people ;-)
