Hmm, still not showing up in the list. Very odd.

Alright I found it. It is saying the file is locked, even tho I shut down the server. I am restarting it now to try without having the server app start up.

I see some people talk about the server.ini file, but I don't seem to have such a file in my install. Do I need to add it? I installed via SteamCMD and I am on a windows server 2008 R2 machine. The server runs with just the .bat file, but doesn't show up in the browser list, even if it is set as listed in the .bat file.
