The client.ini didn't generate a new one upon my startup attempt, however, the settings.ini did. Edit: Naggerknife, Just finished trying that solution, no luck sadly. Second Edit: Apparently it was the ips xml file causing the game to not start. However, my ips file was empty when I checked it. Deleting that and letting the program generate a new one seems to have fixed my issue. client.ini settings.ini

Tried starting Avorion today to play, but the command prompt keeps failing to start the game. It worked fine the other night when I last played it. Steam integrity verification showed no issues. I've tried disabling my Avast shields, adding Avorion as an exception, running Steam in administrator mode, and the game in administrator mode as well.
