Sorry if this is explained somewhere. I looked in the wiki and the forum, and didn't really see anything. On mining lasers, there's two stats that both say efficiency. Say on this: There's a twirly swirly icon next to "Efficiency: 35.4". But then there's a "+13% Efficiency" at the bottom. Is this a 35.4 efficiency turret, or a 48.4% turret? Thanks! :D
