I thought the Omicron rating of your ship is the rough dps (without overheats). I may be wrong though.

So I was having a small question about this railgun weapon - the particle effect seems to go through the ship I am firing at. Does this means it penetrates through it? Can it explode a generator behind a hull block? Can it damage a ship behind the one I am firing at? I got this question because the armour description sais it will stop railgun projectiles, but there is nowhere else stated about this at least where I looked.
