Ever since the Trinium zone, I've been getting 1-3 shotted by hostiles with Shield-Penetrating Torps- just, Right through the shields and Right through my ship. 2/3 of my hull gone in a single shot sometimes, and even after getting 10+ PDC's with full coverage- they didn't stop a single torp that took me down to 1/3 Hull- despite having 100% 1.3m shields. I literally cannot progress when I have to repair my ship a Bajillion times.. I suggest that you give server owners an option to remove torps or at the very least, enable them an option to turn off Shield-Penetration bonuses to torpedoes Outside the Core, or even an option to completely remove the Shield-Penetration bonus to Torps in general. Cause this is Ridiculous..

So I was gifted some sweet mining turrets to get started, and the first one was fine- I could use it and it cooled down over time (fairly quickly too); but after I dragged 2 of the same turrets from the alliance vault, all hell broke loose. The two turrets were locked at 100% overheat and wouldn't cool down, even after 20 minutes of doing nothing (maybe even longer), relogging didn't fix it. When I removed all three turrets (one working, two bugged), and put all of them back on to see if it would be fixed; all three became permanently bugged. Another player tried equiping them onto a ship with much larger power generation to see if that would cool them down (each turret required around 6.4 TW to fire at 100% heat) he had a few hundred TW. Didn't work, they stayed at 100% heat, nothing could be done; lost 3 Really expensive mining turrets in the process, and encountered a game breaking bug. (Can't mine, and Salvaging is still really bad)
