it was Def ddos i found a hostname link i could use for free but i still need to study on it hostname quailgg94.hopto.org should be linked but i have NO idea how to give it the port link to use and they want like 40$ to make legit hostnames and unlock features... i also made a server . am i supposedto add a portforward ? because i did . just incase.

ok so i made a server. downloaded everything avorion offered , even hosted it off my own machine and allowed a portforward for the game. and it was cool i had like.... 10 out of 15 playing everyone was teaming up killing stuff. Even offered starting materials for new players like 10k of iron / titanium and 30k$.... after a while i noticed my internet speed was being capped. turns out someone ddosed me . what im asking is HOW do i keep them from doing this to my host machine. im trying to have a fun time with people and during that time they do this to make my game lag. i had around 30 ping. aswell as everyone else , then the pings went up to around 200 . and bounced up to 500 ping. causing the game to be Just like the average server . PC specs amd FX- 6 core cpu 4.5 ghz 32 gigs ram gigbit internet pci slot and a pci SSD card, at time of crash PC usage 65% cpu 75% ram ssd & 10% active to 60% active internet was not even hitting past 200 mbps down and maybe 40 mbps up and i usually host my mincraft server i play with my friends on... sometimes their's 50 player count but i stopped that because of recent issues. i just dont understand how to keep people from ddosing my connection.

:o allthough only 15 for 13$.i'v seen this same for ARK survival evolved and that game has a memory leak like no other either way it's nice price wise.

i noticed the servers before u closed them had ALOT of players on them, maybe u are cooking something crazy ?

i seen some servers and their issues. try mine. name Quagmire's server IP quailgg94.hopto.org 192.168.1.28:27000 Hosting from Dallas Texus US: hours it may be on ? weekends 12 am to 12 pm Central us time weekdays 4:30 pm to 12 pm Central us time if offline either matnince or i havent started it up im using my own Pc but i think it's plenty AMD FX 6 core @4.5 ghz 32 gigs of ram. gigbit internet speeds. idk the ping ... but should be ok but thats why im asking for a test. '''''if it's offline it is because im testing stuff but the server folder will not Change. i mostly have it online Just to test and see if im doing this right so if u can atleast log in and say it's joinable .

my ship before it disapeared upon warping .... i could mine / salvage and had 980 plus firepower . has everything to do with the cards u put into it ... mine wasnt a ship but it was a blimp for size* and card unlocks. make a armored outside and Everything important inside it . i was a turd in space. im still upset it deleted on me ... i didnt even get insurance.

actually i think this is a bug. how i think it was re created. Shortly after warping my dedicated server lost host. ended up freezing after warping had to alt F4 when i came back in i was at the home planet. without re opening host

it happened to me.... like just now. i lost a zanion ship JUST NOW :-\ had right at 960 omnicron power. and a 6k shield..... and over 10k health i warped and when i came in i had no ship and i was back at my sethome. worst part is my insurance didnt cover it. I am wondering if it dismounted me.. and my ship warped 5 sectors away. but idk

- love the game but i feel it needs more blocks meant to avoid asteroid collision , i die CONStantly from slamming into asteroids. even with armor plating and Field generators. when u go 3000m's u have like No reaction time. spite around 40 thrusters. at about 35 m / s / s , it turns like a pro and the acceleration is good but stopping power seems to be fairly reduced by weight. suggestion : A '' make rammer blocks Specifically made to ram into objects'' but at a price. i also feel the base block of your ship needs more collision resistance. i'v seen huge ships destroyed because the base block was broken and the ship was in perfect 100% condition. suggestion : A /1 maybe if u do the rammer blocks u can imp-lent somewhere in the galaxy a asteroid set that moves. ''not everything in outer space is still'' - suggestion 1 : adjust the main amount a thrust-er gives u for stopping power . ''why i think this is needed?'' i run around in a full titanium ship. and well. i run into the issue going 3000m's their is no way to slow down .i mean i can stop it but carefully stacking 40 thrusters on each side is a PAIN. -suggesstion 2 : make a system card that is super rare only obtainable in the center of the galaxy . stats: 5 second cooldown on hyperwarping. so u can hyperwarp every 5 seconds'' ONLY IF u can supply the energy within those 5 seconds to refill it and add a 200% energy consumption. so it drawss more to fill it faster '' with a .0000000001 drop upon destroying any alien ship maybe make some super rare ones to suprise us all''or maybe u already have'' -suggestion 3 : make more ships that u can hire from im running into Nothing the whole galaxy in my drone looking for people to hire and my home sector that i used to buy from is no longer letting me hire.maybe a bug i dont know but it would sure be nice to have more Access to workers. Even if u buy from merchants that arent exactly happy with you. just at a higher price to hire from the lesser reputation . suggestion 4 : more cosmetics . Like booster fins , tail fins, wings. ect.

im not sure how to report this since the only way to re create it is to hyperwarp with a built ship. size of around 4 system upgrades. and warp around for like half and hour until u spawn INSIDE a asteroid. they have had this issue and it causes the player to some what self destruct upon loading game, i personally have not had this happen but my friend has had it happen. he was not streaming so i have no way to link u how it happened.he says he spawned in and his Base block was destroyed without hitting anything so i am unsure.
