This is pretty good, but how do you tell if a sector is a neutral zone or not?

At the moment I really want something on ship design but a general newbie oriented guide would be good too.

When I was registering my account it kept telling me that what I entered didn't match the image. I assumed it meant the question about dog ears. It's very late and I'm hopped up on flu meds so I thought maybe I didn't know how many ears a dog has. Turns out that noscript was blocking that thing where I prove I'm human by teaching a robot to do something robots will be doing shortly. I had no idea I needed to enable javascript for the site since reading posts had been working perfectly without javascript. I know this is an extreme edge case and all but I figured since the devs are the kind of awesome people who make websites that almost entirely work without javascript they'd want to hear about it even if it goes to the bottom of the priorities list.
