I'm sure I'm not alone when I attempt to turn around and thrust backwards only to find myself moving sideways instead of slowing down. I've tried putting on more maneuvering thrusters, but it never seems to be enough and I always have to resort to the Kerbal Space Program method of slowing down. Having a simple and non-intrusive marker of some sort similar to KSP would make retrograde burns so much easier.
