API_Recompile_Fragment_Shader? What?

GL DBG: MEDIUM PERFORMANCE API 2: API_ID_RECOMPILE_FRAGMENT_SHADER performance warning has been generated. Fragment shader recompiled due to state change.

 

This was in my client log and seems to be causing an error loop. What is it and what is causing it?

 

I cannot attach client logs because of the file size limit
